I’m sorry, I have been slack at posting. It’s been almost a month since my last post and it’s been a whirl wind here. But let’s start of with the first event we did this month with the Museum of the American Cocktail. A yearly fundraiser to keep this non profit museum open and functioning. This is our second year helping out the museum with this fun little week. 
We featured a menu put together by Nate and myself with a few classics and a few originals. Most of all, it gave one dollar of every cocktail sold to the museum. We haven’t quite tallied the proceeds yet but it was a very successful week all round.
