This week’s Experimental is kind of cool. It is sort of a Homage as well as a Experimental due to the classic/retro cocktails that we are featuring. The key difference in the whole thing is the definite Japanese/Uenosan vibe to the menu, Uesosan owns High Five Bar in Tokyo (we homaged him to raise money for Hope Love Japan a few months ago) and his real style along with the hard shake and hand carved ice is the perfection of the retro cocktails. Think you have tasted a bloody mary, a grasshopper or the like, well you haven’t till you have had Uenosans.
With that in mind, Nate went about perfecting the classics on this menu and perfect he did. The menu speaks for itself.
