Basically it can force carbonate a cocktail, garnish, quick infused spirits and syrups & pretty much anything you want to make bubbly. 10mL Maraschino
20mL Fresh Lemon Juice
4 dashes of Fee Brother’s Cranberry Bitters
Force carbonated and served in a flute with a lemon twist
Pits, Grains & Peels
50mL Alberta Premium
15mL Ramazotti
15mL Giffard Abricot
15mL Fresh Lemon juice
3 dashes of Fee Brother’s West Indies Orange Bitters
Shake and strain up into a cocktail glass with an orange twist
Copen-hattan
45mL Bornholmer
20mL Punt e mes
3 dashes of Fee Brother’s Old Fashion Bitters
3 dashes of Fee Brother’s Aromatic Bitters
Stir and strain into small coupette with a flamed orange zest and discard
